The Craft Guild of Chefs Awards recognised the crème de la crème of the UK chef industry in a glittering ceremony at the Lancaster London Hotel on Wednesday night. (1st June)
An audience of 800 industry luminaries saw the likes of the Galvin Brothers, Chris and Jeff, who were awarded the Special Award and Sodexo’s Gareth Billington who was named the People’s Choice.
Williams Refrigeration was delighted to sponsor and present this year’s Young Chef of the Year Award to Arthur Quin, Chef de Partie at Punch Bowl Inn & Restaurant Crosthwaite.
The night saw seventeen chefs from across the breadth of the hospitality industry, including contract catering, pubs, restaurants and the wider scene, triumph in their categories at a glittering ceremony.
The Galvin Brothers (Chris and Jeff) were given the night’s Special Award for their impact on the industry, while Sodexo’s Gareth Billington was voted the People’s Choice.
