Stand 3530, Hotelympia, London ExCeL, 29th February to 3rd March 2016
Refrigeration for all from Williams
Williams will be showing its superiority in the refrigeration domain on Stand 3530. From designer coldrooms to compact counters and from blast chillers to Grab and Go displays, Williams has it covered.
A major focus of the stand will be a striking coldroom that exemplifies the way these back-of house essentials are coming to the fore. Increasingly they are used not only for general storage of both fresh and frozen produce but also, with designer cladding and viewing windows, are making their way front-of-house for dramatic displays of foodstuffs such as meat, cured fish and drinks.
Visitors to the stand will be able to view a three-compartment coldroom with glassviewing panels showing off the different produce inside. It illustrates how coldrooms can be integrated into the front-of-house design of a restaurant.
Williams design, manufacture, project manage, install, test and commission its own coldrooms. They are modular in construction and feature a range of door options, panel sizes and colours that allow designers to create bespoke rooms to virtually any size or shape. Williams’ Sales Managers will be on hand to discuss options available for specific requirements.
Kitchen space continues to be an issue with kitchen designers and Williams has come to their aid with the ‘freshly squeezed’ concept of refrigeration for small kitchens. These units have all the performance of their larger counterparts but are designed especially for smaller spaces. Products on show will include the WBC10 undercounter blast chiller, the TW4 Thermowell preparation counter and the Jade Slimline counter unit.
Grab and Go is blossoming into a huge market for display units and Williams’ Gem Multidecks, with their clean lines and stylish design, are proving especially popular in this arena. Three models will be displayed on the stand, including its new to market energy efficient hydrocarbon model.
The Multidecks offer a choice of stainless steel colour finishes and LED lighting to brighten up the area and create an enticing display. Sliding front doors are available for improved efficiency, and impulse snack baskets offer enhanced retail opportunities.
A blast chiller area on the stand will show two larger reach-in models in the Williams’ range – the WBC 20 and WBC 40, essential for those using cook chill techniques or for any operation that needs to rapidly chill food safely.
Williams is sharing Stand 3530 with sister company Falcon Foodservice Equipment. The shared central coffee shop will offer visitors the chance to relax with a drink and a snack.
