The WMBCF200 roll in blast chiller freezer incorporates our advanced AirSmart airflow design. It ensures food is chilled/freezed and maintained in the best possible condition by guaranteeing even chilling throughout the cabinet and eliminating product dehydration.

With 200kg capacity, the WMBCF200 modular blast chiller freezer is designed to accommodate 2/1 GN trolleys. It exceeds requirements of food safety legislation, is HACCP compliant, and meets worldwide guidelines for cook/chill catering systems.
